I was taking a cadet hostage in order to free my boyes @Justin The Ungrateful and Johnny Peters out of the ol prision and get they shits back, when all the sudden Mr. Bamon Barbon here shoots me in the teeth while I had a cadet hostage, the guy failed to value the life of the hostage, as stated in Rule 7.2.17, showing complete disregard for RP. As a S.W.A.T. officer he many not act without the permission of a sergeant or above, as stated in Rule 8.2.8. As Rule 7.2.17 states, "A superior officer/lead negotiator may, however, call off negotiations at any time if it is deemed necessary." however as S.W.A.T. he is not a superior officer and cannot call off negotiations before they even begin.

In a hostage situation, you are obligated to value the life of the hostage and begin negotiations. A superior officer/lead negotiator may, however, call off negotiations at any time if it is deemed necessary.

As a SWAT officer, you are not above the Chief or Sergeant. You might have better equipment, but you have no commands over the police department.

The cadet was not ziptied from what I saw and you only had a Makarov so I took the shot.

Regardless if I was aiming at him or not, he was a hostage in front of me, he only moved out of my line of sight because of the door pushing him. I had the hostage in my custody and instead of initiating a hostage negotiation for the prisoners, they just shot me. This is clearly FTVL of the hostage and in direct violation of the rule regarding valuing life of the hostage. He had no authority to call off negotiations for the hostage, as stated.

It doesn't matter what gun I have, if you read the rules you would know this. If I have a cadet hostage and I announce it to you directly, as shown in the video, you have to value the life of the hostage and may only call off negotiations as a lead negotiator, which no one could have possibly given you permission to be as you immediately KOSed me.

Two things: First when you were talking you were out of range from me so I could hear you. Second, when you raid PD you are KOS and you guys already attacked and then ran away so I'm not sure but I think that is breaking the raid timer.

A. YOU DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO CALL OFF HOSTAGE NEGOTIATONS
B. I did not kill anyone, nor raid the PD before then, it was proven that I was just standing outside when a sergeant randomly shot at me while I was in the street at MonoMarket because he thought I was the raider. It was the first time I raided the pd, it was proven that I was dissociated from the PD Raider at the time as I was searched and released by the sergeant who randomly shot me.

The video proves he was out of vocal range, or at the very least it cannot prove that he was close enough to hear you. At this point, all he can see is that you are standing next to a cadet. At this point, you're pointing your gun at him, and he opens fire, killing you.

I see nothing wrong with this situation.
