The screenshot shows the exact frame when the shot was fired/rendered on screen

The logic behind the report is that, unless he was using ESP, he wouldn't quick peek and shoot him in the head. Especially if he was setting up to shoot anyone in the head that came RIGHT around the corner (He could've sat there and aimed his gun exactly where someone's head could be if they were standing up, and just moved left and right until they came into view), he wouldn't have been able to, because the person who got shot (I need to keep silent about for reasons I don't feel comfortable disclosing) was moving down the stairs.

After further review we have decided to temporarily remove Forsaken from our MonolithRP community gameserver due to the continous suspicion of third party software usage to gain unfair advantage over other community members. He will be allowed to appeal his ban and explain his side of story.
