@WillyTheDood I believe you are the officer in the clip. If possible could you please confirm or deny your identity and share your side the story? Preferably sooner rather than later, but due to the odd circumstances and time frame, I understand if it takes a moment.

[5.2.1.7] Law Enforcement may not abuse the taser. You must have a valid reason to tase a player. You may deploy your taser during a gunfight or active shootout to take down criminals if they are not directly facing or shooting at you.

The taser in this situation was definitely used incorrectly in this situation, as you were and had been both facing them and actively shooting at them. As such @WillyTheDood will receive a Verbal Warning for Combat Tasing.
