Request reason: Colby had plowed his secret service vehicle in to a checkpoint, killing multiple civilians and officers. We had arrested him, stabilized him, and were current waiting for EMS to transport him to the hospital. James drove up in his vehicle and waited at the checkpoint until Colby automatically healed from being stabilized, rammed me, and let Colby (who was handcuffed) enter his vehicle and drive off. It is absolute fail RP for Secret Service to be doing this.
