Request reason: Murdered a tow truck driver for towing a car with no prior warning. You can see the player is AFK until the car is hooked, when he turns around and kills the tow truck driver out of the blue.

I was in the green and black rally car, he had said, like in the video, do not tow it or die, and when he did tow it he killed him, so it is valid, warnings were used.

The video does not reflect that at all

You legit clipped it lol, I told you to untow it or you I will kill him, he does. Then about 5 seconds later he does it again and this is when this video starts.

I don't have longer versions than what I post (at least longer as in beginning) because I have to manually start my recordings when I feel like something is about to go wrong. Unfortunately, the only other 'length' I have is after the video ends.
