Request reason: Henry as a detective blew up a jeep with a full-auto (I think) pistol after the driver stopped at the scene of an accident, without justification (the driver stopped after realizing he had run someone over.) He then proceeded to shoot at the car's window aiming at the driver's head because the driver didn't immediately exit due to being stunned OOC and presumably IC as his car was burning. The driver wasn't able to run away in a car that had just exploded.
Then a sports car crashed into the scene, running someone else over. Henry shot it multiple times after yelling "get out, hands up" when its driver was also stunned and not even trying to run. The use of lethal firearms was absolutely unjustified all 3 situations from an RP point of view.
THIS IS NOT DARKRP. A detective or a cop would never shoot at a car involved in a traffic accident (EVEN if the driver would choose to run away).
