(He tried to MUG me in Green Zone even though his friends said not to) Outside -

(He tried to RDM me outside supermarket because I called him and Idiot for trying to mug me in Green Zone and joked with him that I had guns -- You can hear him pull out his gun after I start driving then my car health goes from 38 to 32 when my game freezes never said get out) City Hall -

(He RDMED me inside City Hall for a mug he didn't even do, and took my things)

I did first attempt to mug inside supermarket forgetting I was at the supermarket (it was like 12-1AM and was a bit tired) realized right away and stopped as seen in the video.

He pulls up to me and my friends shit talking me, not sure why you can’t hear me, and his game freezing doesn’t help, but I ran up to his car and told him to stop the car/get out of his car. @Punzs was there with me. I shot a few bullets at his car as he tried to peel off.

We chased him down, the video is cut from the market to townhall, but we chased him in our car ( no longer than 30 seconds) followed him outside of his car as he ran in and tried to use townhall as a safe area to end the attempt on me getting him, as you can see in the video he says we can’t do anything anymore as he is in a green zone, after fleeing from us.
Items looted off him: 2x UMPS 1x MAC10
@Maj.Kat took the report, and solved the report in game seeing nothing wrong with the scenario.

Additionally, he wasn’t killed by me because I was dumb and attempted a mug at super market. I stopped that right away and was helping a new guy outside supermarket showing him how/where he could make guns following that. He was killed for failing to follow commands/shit talking.

I told him I wouldn’t mind waiting a bit longer if you could get video with audio, maj did infact handle it in game. It wasn’t a mug being attempted, you continued to shit talk so i gave you a chance to stop the car but you fled, you were chased down, given another chance, failed to listen, break character, and was shot. I will no longer be replying to this as I have told my side of the story.

In the sit that I dealt with you guys, it was halfway resolved. I had no problem with how the current situation played out, Klas and Punz both explained a reasonable situation to why you were shot at. (Just to clarify, Punz was indeed just a witness) However, I was shown a video with no audio, which was vital to me figuring out if it was proper initiation, you said you would trim it and upload it. I told you that you were better off going to the forums about it, due to the fact it was taking too long already, and the fact I was previously messaged, prior to the sit that Klas was soon to get off.

From the looks of the video itself, it does look like the situation was valid towards the beginning, but as it progressed to the end, killing him was a little bit overkill. As he was no longer insulting you, and he was already injured / got a warning shot. From the looks of the videos with audio, Jimmy got one warning for talking smack, somewhat disengaged and was still shot. In my opinion and under the rule of killing players. You must give them a warning with a firearm and injure them first, however after the insulting was said and done, it no longer continued, but he was still followed. I would consider that overkill and not exactly falling into the rules. However, I will let the "Report Management Team," handle this incident accordingly.

Id also just like to add that i never shot/mugged anyone i was just a witness. That 2nd video is like the only part that really matters but it skips so you cant even tell what happens.

You basically just admitted to attempted RDM. You said I was shit talking and I was because you tried to mug me inside of SuperMarket which you can't then said your gonna wait for me outside. Which it is still a Green Zone. You just said you never tried to mug me outside, so why did you shoot at my car? Then when I drove away you followed and said I was running at city hall. If you never tried to mug me I was never running and you tried to rdm me by shooting at my car, and rdmed me at city hall. You admitted to RDM.

Sorry for the long wait. After conducting a review of the video evidence you have provided, I have came to the conclusion that your report is inconclusive. Additionally, this was already partly handled in-game.

[2.2] Player versus Player

2. You may not kill a player for simply insulting you. Threaten them with a firearm and alternatively shoot them to injure them first. If they persists after this, you are free to kill them.​

You were essentially insulting him and interacting with him throughout the videos. If someone points a weapon at you, it's not a good idea to go up to them and say sly remarks. The first instance would be insulting him at the ATM, then you furthered it outside of the supermarket during which he supposedly shot your vehicle.

Threaten them with a firearm and alternatively shoot them to injure them first.

You then continued to Town Hall and conversed with him in a hostile manner, which prompted him to shoot you. This is within the rules.

This player report has been denied and the player in question will not receive a punishment at this time.
