Guy was involved with a case of Armed Assault whereby he threatened an officer in front of City Hall with a Pistol, the officer reported a Blue SUV heading towards Fire Station from City Hall, so I intercepted. Upon pulling in front of him, he got out of the car and aimed his firearm at another civilian in front of the Fire Station. I aimed my gun at him and ordered him to put the weapon down. Instead he attempted to flee by vehicle. I continued aiming my gun at him and telling him to get out of the car when he ran over at least 2 civilians, so I shot his car and disabled it. He got out of the car and was unarmed, grabbed a M1911 off the floor from one of the people who he ran over, and attempted to shoot me. He missed every shot and I put him into a critical state immediately. I had him revived and I arrested him. He began complaining that me reading his charges out for him was delaying RP and called an admin, who confirmed that it was enhancing RP and therefor was allowed. During my time of reading his charges, he called members of Luxury "faggots", and he called @Aaron a "little bitch" for not banning members of Luxury. Then after putting him in jail for a long line of charges, racking up to over 67 years in prison, he disconnected from the server.

Laquesha. Please understand whether you’ve been shot by an officer or not you should be more concerend on living more then dying. At the end of the day you only live once. I suggest you actually think things through before asking someone to finish you off. And yes there is a rule against calling luxury ‘faggots’ it goes under the player disrespect rule. If you’re having issues with Luxury then I suggest you bring it to the staff team instead of causing more of an argument. I or another staff member will be reviewing your history then come to a conclusion. Disrespecting one of our staff is not okay and if you have an issue with that staff member I would suggest bringing up on a staff report. Without any further will do.

After reviewing this player report there are quite a lot of rules broken within this report. You admit to disrespecting staff which we do not take lightly. You should know by now that if you have an issue with a staff member then you bring it to the forums via a staff report. You don't disrespect them and expect to get away with it. As well the same goes for disrespecting the players. Only because you have beef with Luxury doesn't mean you can disrespect them either. You talk to a member of staff and see if you can deal with it there. Now on to the Failure to value life. You clearly know not to do this but you happened to do it anyways. You should know that you only have one life to live so you shouldn't be acting like some badass from a movie. I don't know what happened at the shooting and I don't know who is lying or what. If anyone has evidence of the shooting which I can go by be free to message me asap. So I can not really do anything about what happened in the shooting. Now, moving on. Whilst this report was under review I did get a pm by @V. Roosevelt which included more evidence of you breaking rules. Now, I will link the video down below but what I have seen from this piece of evidence is that you kept jumping out the vehicle whilst you was cuffed. Knowing your history on the server you should know by now that is not allowed either.

Now, a rule which has been broken from both of you which I see in the first video. This is Breaking Character At the end of the first video you two was discussing what rules were broken within the scenario which you shouldn't of done. You were both still in roleplay so both of you will be getting punished for it. If you feel like someone has broken a rule in a rp scenario then you call a staff member using !report. And wait until an admin responds and the rp scenario has ended.
