The incident occurred on 3/18/2020 around 5 or 6 pm eastern standard time.
We were leaving the bank after acquiring siphons and planed on raiding the powerplant, but as soon as we turn the corner near the plant our car runs out of fuel. The security then pursues us and force us to leave the public property after our car runs out of fuel. We call admins, they call the police. The first admin acknowledges our right to be where we were, but shortly after the security comes back and the cops show (we call an admin again). They then detained us for not leaving public property where our car was, they then confiscate our siphons. Philip was arrested for 20 min. We were left stranded next to the monorail, the admin then responds to the prior call and can't do much without video evidence which would take time to deliver so he told me to make a report on the forums, here I am now.

Completely Understood Player Report Rules, an admin halfway through the footage told them they can't do this, about a minute later they come back and the 2nd admin didn't show until after the incident was over.
For the siphons we lost, will I have to make another post on the claims section?
