Request reason: Len Stevens goes into the ravine and starts stabbing me because I was mining there first. Lia points a gun at him after he stabs me for no reason, and as you can see, he starts attempting to stab her while under close gunpoint. He puts his knife away shortly afterward and calls his friend in to kill us. As I had finished my mining of 30 stacks of iron, I was about to leave the mine. (hence the bye). As I walk up the ramp, I am greeted at gunpoint by James Henry, who promptly begins to shoot me without actual reason, and without warning. This cannot be a hit since it wasn't on the hit list, and it was just called in by Len for his buddy to shoot me and Lia. Since it was obvious attempted RDM and failRp on their part, I decide to disconnect and message Lia on steam to tell the admins why I left, in case they try to play the victim card and call LTARP. Even if they killed me they would not gain anything, as you can see in the vid I have no muggable Items. This also wasn't the first time he had tried to randomly stab me. After I left, as Lia had informed me, they ran her over. EDIT: He metagamed by saying both our names and our org (Exotic)

Hello! Before this happened, Len stevens kept trying to stab me without reason and stabbed my car. This was like 15 mins before.

So the video, You see ethan Mining Iron and Him claiming "Body Block" Which is He was not doing, And he was also metagaming by saying his name, Without knowing it.

He starts charging us with knives when I clearly have guns on him, He didnt care and still charged me, And when I had a gun on me he called for backup To come kill me. Metagaming again by saying our names without Knowing them. He also said to his friend "He keeps doing random stuff to me" And that just isnt a reason to kill someone. So In my opinion this is RDM, Metagame and Possible Fail RP.
NOTE: When I had my gun Out I could not shoot him due to a bug which is the reason I wasnt shooting.

But, I wasnt shooting you either, Giving me no threat to you, I had the gun out to Stop Len(WHich you did not see) But I could Not shoot due to a bug, So I ran away, Without a gun out the whole time your friend comes to run me over, (I wasnt a threat).

It is +attack Which he used for Mining, He had no weapon or anything so It isn't a problem.

To begin with, I would recommend you to not from now on, add music to your videos, if you want them to be viewed by a report manager. Also, seeing as you and your friends are in the same room talking to one another, I't would count as metagaming seeing as you talked to your friends there, but this will only be a verbal warning.

Seeing as you @Ethan Klien also LTARP, you will be getting warning points for doing so, seeing as we do not allow LTARP, regardless if anyone breaks any rules.

Alright now, over to your report,

Rule 4.1:1 states:

1. Shooting (to kill) should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort. If someone for example disrespects you in a rude manner, you may put them in a state of FearRP (aim at them, shoot them in the leg etc.) If they after that continue to be disrespectful and rude, you may kill them.

One can clearly see that Len Stevens attempted to RDM you, just because you were mining whilst he was too. He took his knife out and tried to stab you. What he should have done was to put you into a state of FearRP, something he did not, thus attempted RDM.

Rule 2.11 states:

1. You must correctly follow FearRP when a situation calls for it, like when you are being held at gunpoint. Act like your character would in such a situation realistically. However, if you have your weapon out on safety, you are allowed to attack someone who is aiming straight at you.

Seeing as Len Stevens first stabbed Ethan, then he proceeded to use his physics gun to aim at Ethan, and whilst doing so the accused was put into a state of FearRP, something the accused broke immediately after.

Spoiler: Metagaming part

Rule 2.5 states:

1. Metagaming (using OOC knowledge IC'ly) is not allowed and vice versa. It’s important to note that the knowledge you gain from the realtor NPC is OOC knowledge. This includes but is not limited to reading names of the top of the players head without knowing them properly.

Seeing as the accused just ran up to Ethan and his friend, then after 2-3 minutes proceeded with saying their name out over the Radio without having any knowlegde about who they were or their names, he metagamed, which the accused's friend took into consideration and opened fire on Ethan.

Taking everything mentioned above into consideration, @flux___ryan, and Len Stevens will be punished for breaking the rules mentioned above. You, @Ethan Klien, and @Depression Is me will both get a verbal warning for Metagaming, and @Ethan Klien will be given warning points for LTARP.

Taking what is mentioned above I conclude this player report for,
