Gonna resolve this report with two verdicts.

Not much I can really do about the dude driving off and running you over, as I'm not sure if the cop who blatantly broke the rules by attacking the dude(had he not done this) would've changed the story.

The cop on the other hand, if I do see him on the server, will more than likely receive a warning point and a note. Nothing on here I really can act off of or ban for as this video just shows a situation that spiraled into other messes due to one player deciding to randomly baton a person.
