1. When any Law Enforcement Officers have you at gunpoint, FearRP applies at all times. This however excludes Detectives.

I 100% broke this rule which I'm am sorry and I take responsibility for.

But in my defense could've given me more time to comply or could've used other measures to stop the car such as spikes, making it no longer a threat hence me no longer a to you.

Thank you for your report, unfortunately this is DENIED as players can take action upon someone that is breaking FearRP (including lethal force). Cherry did break FearRP, but you handled the situation in roleplay by killing him.
