Request reason: Well it didn't happen to me but I have had it happen and it's rather annoying, but he shot a Sargent for arresting his friend without initiating any RP whatsoever. I asked an online Senior Admin about it and he said they can but there needs to be some RP he can't just kill him

Well first off I killed an officer arresting my friend, which is complaint with the rules as far as I have ever heard. I probably could have taken another approach to it without going straight to killing him, but in my eyes it was a necessary thing seeing as we were in a public place right next to the PD. Me trying to put him under FearRP would take a lot of time and risk having the whole police force on me. So I had made the decision after some thought to kill him. And unless I am completely incorrect this is completely allowed within the rule set. @ItsTinyRick

Also, the guy who died did not have a problem with it. I don't understand why the guy who didn't die would have a problem with it. If there would be action to be taken the guy affected should make the report, but that is just in my opinion.

It's against the rules because you initiated 0 RP, and the police didn't have a gun out so what you should have done is, hold the officer up and force them to uncuff them.

You can not kill police officers unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, carrying illegal weapons, drug dealing or something similar, this is also depending on the situation.

1. 'Carrying' is classified as having them equipped. Weapons stored in your inventory aren't classified as 'carrying' unless you performed an illegal act with them. Illegal acts include, but are not limited to, robberies, muggings and general shoot-outs.
2. All firearms, except handguns, are automatically classified as illegal and can not be made legal with a weapon license. A weapon license grants you the right to carry (= definition see 3.1) a weapon.
3. You may not harm an officer for writing you a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a police officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.

In my opinion i had a valid roleplay reason to do so, but that will be up to @ItsTinyRick to make the decision on.

I'm sort of involved since I was tagged and was the one he was saving from the arrest, I read over the rules again and only see that portion that Darth copied/pasted and I do agree he had a valid roleplay reason to, there were other cops nearby and he wanted to quickly free me, but at the same time I do agree that it could have been roleplayed better, such as putting the cop under FearRP and trying to force him to uncuff me. While I don't have video of it, from what I remember there were more cops around in the street and just sitting there with a gun out on a cop waiting for him to uncuff me would have made them start shooting or arresting Dylan.

As stated before: Shooting (to kill) should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort.
The cop could easily be put under FearRP. Just because other cops could've been around shouldn't be a reason to blatenly kill another one.
If you really didn't have time, you should bail on your friend.Next to that you also shouldn't have time to hide the body.

The reported player will be punished for RDM.
The community managers will discuss what will happen to your rank as mentor.
