Basically a pedestrian randomly crossed the street infront of me, didnt have enough time to brake and i ran him over, then got out and wanted to call an ambulance, cop parked on me, got out and pointed his assault rifle at me and told me to put my hands up, then arrested me.

I didnt do anything and the pedestrian running up infront of my car isnt even my fault, i even got out in an instant and wanted to call an ambulance, i just dont see why this cop instantl points an assault rifle at my face and tells me to put my hands up, he took me to jail for 15 mins after that.

Killing a player with a vehicle is still a crime, even if it was an accident. The officer was in the right pulling his weapon considering you had just killed someone with your vehicle.
