You were trespassing with no reason, and I handled it peacefully and reasonably. I had to tell you multiple times to leave the bank as you had previously trespassed and you decided not to listen, which is on you. In terms of player harrasment, I was just doing my job to keep the bank safe and treated you like any other player that wouldve tresspassed. Job abuse, I only used my taser or baton when you wouldn't listen. In terms of failrp, you were the only one breaking rp by constantly saying "i have this on video" "im getting an admin".

"Trespassing with no reason" - I was there the entire time for medical purposes as seen in the video, my original reason to be there was valid, I remained there because there was a massive amount of player influx which consistently warranted medical attention. "Treated you like any other player" - At no point in time in the video did you tell anyone else to leave aside from me, consistently targeting me. "Only used my taser or baton when you wouldn't listen" - Each application of your taser/baton was never allocated with enough time to cooperate in any way, if you never tased me in that room in the first place and simply let me leave on my own, this wouldn't have escalated to where it is now. Your argument against the Fail RP accusation is just bulletproof my man, totally invalidates all of my claims. Smh, I hope you get Security blacklist.

Good evening, chaps.

I've given this report some thought and have reached the following conclusion:

Whilst I agree that the bank parking lot is public property and typical small-scale situations should not influence where you may be, it's important to note that the video provided by Ivan shows his vehicle illegally parked. Security have a right to ask anyone to move their vehicle if crime is being undertaken. Your vehicle arguably could be said to obstructing the entrance way.

It doesn't help that your response when asked to move your ambulance politely you replied 'Go f*ck yourself'.

With the video you provided, it also demonstrates a rule violation on Ivan's part. Breaking character by saying 'You're giving me more evidence for a player report' and similar quotes in an active RP situation in disallowed per rule 3.2.

@Jamal Hisin will not be punished in this case.

@Sergeant_Hardass will receive a verbal warning for breaking character during the situation.
