I will also like to point out when the police rushed in they killed anyone on sight. I was a hostage and the police shot and killed me first.

As it states in the rule for FearRP (2.4.2)

1. You may not draw or equip your weapon while under FearRP by at least two or more civilians. FearRP applies when you are exposed to at least two or more held (actively held, not in holster/on back) weapons, whereof at least one is directly pointed at you / off safety.

As you're accusing Varnek Pufi, that was handled in roleplay as he was reprimanded and removed from the situation by the captain and it was not reported immediately.

For the majority of this situation the police had multiple opportunities to do this as they had no visual except for momentary glimpses of the hostage. It is almost a form of power-gaming to restrict the polices' ability to act back when they don't even have a way of knowing if they hostage is still at gunpoint since he was hidden. If you expected them to truly value the life of the hostage and not doubt the deal at hand you should of chosen a better way to exhibit him.

That along with the apparent information that you were very likely to cause great harm to the hostage's life gave the police a sense of urgency to change the current proceedings.

I'm not disregarding that Varnek broke rules. What he did was clearly FailRP and will be dealt with accordingly.
In other words I am denying the player report. In the future please keep in mind that these kind of roleplay situations are doomed from the start and rarely go as smooth as both parties would hope, so plan your raid accordingly.
