Yeah sure thing so basically we were planning to raid them for a while and we thought we could do so without lockpicks as we knew them a bit so as you see in the video he lets us in but behind him was his friend i triend to get the guys hands up thats why i was shouting and his friend in the back had a m1911 and my friend ended up killing him but what happened with this gentleman was that i understand he didnt have enough time to put his hands up but with his friend in the back with a gun we felt we had no choice.

Yeah i dont know if he can extend the video you might be able to hear audio of us giving his friend a chance then all hell breaks loose

My friend did have a gun but he wasn't near me, I will add this clip and from what you can tell from it is WeeTerror did not look behind me he just was just looking at me and even if there was someone behind me, my back was to the wall so he could have shot around me and not look at me then shoot me. And he didn't know my friend had a gun at the time.

Yes you buddy was in that cornor REGARDLESS we felt that since he had a gun out it was a right thing to do

Dude what does that even mean that was me saying your friend was in the corner WITH A GUN what do you not understand what would you do if someone infront of you had a gun and you were trying to deal with someone else.

@WeeTerror In the video provided you interacted with his buddy a few seconds after you killed him. I feel that if you already knew his buddy had a gun and where he was, it would have been a lot quicker than that.

In the provided evidence I am confident in saying you did not give Jackson enough time to react without a valid RP reason.
