Unfortunately this seems to just be a case of clientside lag. As per your video I see you're attempting to comply, walking towards the poles on the sidewalk, however your game lags and you ended up walking out into the street as seen here.

To them it could appear as if you are trying to run away in the road, where to you, you were complying. It's unfortunate for you as you really were trying to do everything they said, but the lag made you do otherwise. Appearing as to run into a public space/get help. It would not be right to punish the player who killed you due to this.
