[Player Report] Sapped Ban attempted RDM

Request reason: Randomly shot at my UPS van while driving buy unprovoked, caused van to explode (After film clip stops).
When did the situation occur?: 11/21/17 around 9:00 PM CST
Your evidence to support your claim: Logs show me taking several zero damage shots from Sapped at the time that I asked in ooc why I was being shot. See attached video.

Additional members involved/witnessing: Wyn [moderator], handled the sit but Sapped was AFK. Wyn told me to post this report here.

I have in the logs that Tim was taking damage (0 damage instances corresponding with the truck being hit) from @Sapped at the exact time that his car was taking damage. I'd like to give Sapped a chance to explain what happened before I take further action, as he was AFK at the time I responded to the report and began a sit.

Can't punish him without having his SteamID. Once you provide it he will be punished for Attempted RDM/RDM.
