Request Reason: Tased me while i was a prisoner 1st youtube video shows him tasing me while prisoner, and 2nd video is me explaining to Chief Mcdoland what happened an hour after it occurred maybe hour and a half as i initially wanted to not report him but honestly he doesn't need to tase people just because he wants to.

Additional members involved/witnessing: Chief Mcdoland / Terry Mcdoland watched my video evidence and agreed the officer had no lawful reason to taser me as i was in jail.

Yes I was the one in the vid and did say the officer unlawfully tazed him.

Since this is an obvious rule break, I will handle it without @Galaxar's side of the story. @Galaxar had no right to tase you as you never resisted or were non compliant with the officer, this was a random tase which @Galaxar will receive 1 WP for.
