Request Reason: RDM - So from the beginning. A casino raid had occurred with Tyler Park and his friends, in the end, they lost (they all died). Tyler Park's emotions got the best of him and he started to cop bait and break rules to get the attention of police. The majority of the server was around layer 1 hospital just talking and walking around, there was a guy who was not even involved with Tyler Park who pulled out a gun. I intercepted that man with the gun and ordered him to put the gun down, I called for backup on this man and stated there is a man with a gun at L1 hospital next to the A. Chief's car. Keep in mind this guy is not in any org or anything associated with Tyler Park. Tyler Park then proceeds to shoot and kill me even though I did nothing to him. Tyler Park was at no risk of getting arrested or anything, at the end of him killing me he starts to say "GOT ONE DOWN" His toxicity got the best of him and now I am creating this report. ( BTW there were no past interactions with him, no warrants or callouts were made for Tyler Park .)

2.2.12: Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.
2.2.8: You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so. These could include but is not limited to, visibly carrying illegal weapons or visibly performing an illegal activity. These reasons depend on the context. If police are attempting to initiate an arrest on you while you are carrying hidden illegal items in your inventory, that is a valid reason to kill them.

I had a 57 on me which was not quite legal , I was not paying attention to that man as the law said Open carry is legal and When you ran around the car and said he had a pistol I presumed you were talking about me because he was stating the law and it was fine . So i asked and you dident tell me for my safty of possibly getting arrested , I kosed you as you were the i think only other cop maybe there was someone else there wasent sure so i shot and killed you so there was no chance i was the one getting arrested . Im also not quite sure how you knew my name ? Im not introduced to you seems like you are calling out over my looks / How i speak this is exactly what the police force has to change stop calling people out over clothing and cosmetics, All and all i shoot you for calling out someone with a pistol at hospital . Sorry i killed you but its a game and thats how it be sometimes . Also I know a lot of these reports will start to pile up as today destiny the org has attempted to target me in any way possible over a raid, Good Day Sincerly Tyler

I had a 57 on me which was not quite legal , I was not paying attention to that man as the law said Open carry is legal and When you ran around the car and said he had a pistol I presumed you were talking about me because he was stating the law and it was fine . So i asked and you dident tell me for my safty of possibly getting arrested , I kosed you as you were the i think only other cop maybe there was someone else there wasent sure so i shot and killed you so there was no chance i was the one getting arrested . You see I had a feeling you were going to use this excuse, you decided to run towards the situation with me and this guy. As you hear in the video you can hear yourself scream " Shoot the cop." You should have not gotten yourself involved and I did not see you with a gun as shown in the video. I also called out A GUY WITH A GUN, not a female with a gun. You are introduced to me and I have been in a shootout with you before this (you died). You hear me multiple times and you know that I am dealing with this guy and his gun, if you sincerely thought you were being called out you could've ran the opposite direction as I was headed inside L1 hospital. You were in no danger of being arrested. No one is targeting you, we actually try and avoid you and your friends as staff and our org know you guys can be toxic.

Bruh seen in your video , I cannot tell that in my prespective first , I can't see what you are seeing while im in my own body , Second Guy for the police is a standart callout there could be a woman in high heels for christ sake and you would transmit GUY WITH GUN , By what ive seen in my time of being on cop. Second i envolved my self because i have a history of being (Narc Watcher) Or (Pd Controll) Also know as dealing with the courrption of officers in a very civil matter , Also after further review in some how i am introduced to you idfk how but i guess i am magic huh ?

After further review I find the player to be in violation of the rules listed below:

• FTVL - Failure To Value Life - The act of not valuing the life of your character, such as running into active shootouts.
• RDM - Random Deathmatch - The process of killing people without valid In-Character reasons.
• FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.

1. You were actively interfering with a police officer carrying out his duties. And was ignoring the fact that there was a confrontation with 2 weapons being pulled, yet you still stayed RIGHT NEXT to the officer / suspect, knowing that there might be a shootout that is going to occur.
2. You blatantly RDM'ed the officer. He was obviously calling out for backup for the suspect not listening to his commands to put his weapon away. Don't make stupid lies about having a gun and saying you were afraid of him calling you out. No one is dumb and is not going to fall for that bs.
3. This is an additional rule break to the 1st one. You were telling the suspect to shoot the police officer for whatever reason, as you are right next to the cop, which is a form of cop-bait and / failrp.

The player will be given a 3 week weapons blacklist for the infractions.
