This player report has been accepted due to the following reasons:

• The reported player injured you for no reason at all, regardless of his intentions, as it can be seen in the start of the video when you arrive to the whitehouse;
• The reported player RDMed you at the end of the video, killing you for no apparent reason;
• He kidnapped you while having 2 other hostages with him at the time.

Spoiler: Rules the reported player breached

You may only kill a hostage if they are threatening to kill/snitch on you, not valuing their life or if you roleplay the kidnapping very well.
You may only kidnap people once every 45 minutes. After the kidnapping has ended, this cool-down is in place. You may not kidnap additional people from other locations or people not involved in the initial kidnapping. You may only do this after the initial kidnapping has ended and the cooldown has run out.
You may only use voice chat for In-Character purposes. During administrative situations this rule can be temporarily ignored.

Therefore the reported player will be banned for 1 day and his friend will receive 2 warning points for kidnapping you while having 2 other hostages with him at the time.
