Hello @SlightlyExpiredMilk,
It is clear Kyle has broke the following rule that you provided. He should not have jumped out of the vehicle with cuffs, that would be classed as 'FailRP' as well as running right after being tased.

On some parts you should have handled it differently, regarding the tase, but I do understand, as he was actively resisting, you should have handled it a different way thought, you will be recieving a verbal warning.

On behalf of @Kyle Hunt he will be banned for 1 day and 12 hours, for Stalling RP, as well as 2 counts of FailRP.
