Additional members involved/witnessing: the guy I shot

Additional info: My intention was not to publicly mug him, but just to get him away from my car as he was lockpicking it, I am not sure if I also broke fearRP. I was not attending to shoot the 2-nd guy but I returned fire. The guy reported got a gun out and shot me in the back.

I am not reporting the guy who told me to put my hands up, I am reporting the guy who continued to lockpick my car when i had a gun pointed at his face ... the same guy who killed me from behind

As I said he didn't stop lockpicking it's clear by the video once I gunned his buddy down, that is when the car alarm set of from a successful lockpick, meaning he didn't stop at all even when I told him to put his hands up. I am not saying he was in the wrong to gun me down, but I know him from before and I know from experience he has no intention to RP and doesn't care for rules.

EDIT: if it looks weird having a conversation with myself, there was a guy who was not involved in the situation, giving his point of view
