When did the situation occur?:I pulled over a guy in a red BMW M4 and proceeded to give him a warning for running a red light while his friends were around. I was leaving to go to my routine patrol then my car was shot for no reason, in which lead to RDM.

Additional members involved/witnessing: @Kn1ght handled the sit and found out that the initial player who shot at my vehicle left the game, in which lead to him telling me to file a player report.

I did have a sit with the following other parties regarding the above-mentioned situation: @misterjokeman, @Max Veira, and @Tayven99. In my initial discussion with Ajax, he told me that the other parties involved in the video were @PTSK | Dusty, @Tayven99, and @Max Veira.

Based on my discussions with Alex, Max, and Ajax, I determined that the player involved in what I deemed to be cop baiting was @PTSK | Dusty (this can be viewed at roughly the 4-minute mark of the video). Because Dusty was not present to defend himself, and because I could not view the player's record, I asked that Cora submit a player report if he felt it was warranted.

Ajax asked how I could prove that the other person involved in the situation was Dusty - I based this determination off of my discussion with him (and others) and the video evidence provided. To be clear, if Dusty maintains that the person involved in this situation was not him (despite Alex Brown's statement that he was the one I deemed responsible for cop baiting), then I deemd that @Max Veira should be held responsible for RDM, as he would not have known the other party involved in the initial cop baiting, and should not have engaged in a small chase and shootout with the OP. Overall, I deemed that, at the very least, either @Max Veira or @PTSK | Dusty should be held responsible for whatever rule breaks led to the death of Cora in this situation.

We were wanted by cops including max viera so we equipped just in case you were arresting him, in the video you can also see me hiding behind the car to try and avoid getting in a shootout but my friend moved the car and exposed me, i wasn't going to shoot unless you stopped when you were leaving, and you then stopped and waited for a second and then i started shooting because you saw me with an illegal firearm.

Whether we shot or not someone would have ended up dead and there would be a problem because if cora killed dusty she would have died to us anyways

(edit after reading the whole report) Also why would i be punished be a cop pulling me over if you would have listen to our freq is they said "lets do a bank raid" so im going to pick the drills in a hurry before server restart and cora happens to pull me over for running a red light, as i saw cora's lights i pulled over and said on my radio "Help im being pulled over aat hospital gas station and i have a gun, and an expired license" idk why dusty hopped out of the car after cora said i was good to go but I didn't even pull a gun until he shot dusty and pointed a weapon in my direction.

Thank you for your report, this will be accepted and the reported player (PTSK Dusty) will given 4 warning points for: cop baiting (2 points) and attempted RDM (2 more points).

Additionally, Max Veira and misterjokeman did not have a valid reason to shoot/kill the police officer. Even though the life of their friend was in danger, it was because PTSK Dusty shot at him for no valid reason. You still need a valid reason to kill someone even if a rulebreak has occured. Max will be banned for a day for attempted RDM and misterjokeman's weapons blacklist will be extended to 21 days.
