Request Reason: I was exciting my base via my garage after hearing a door alarm go off and as my garage door opened, I immediately got shot out of my car without any words being spoken. There was no previous initiation and as concluded in game with the staff member @ja1003 it was "blatant RDM".

During this situation, @FluffyGamer was able to provide me with a video on the situation. In this video, it showed him attempting to leave his house in response of him getting raided therefore leading to his death. He was able to identify one said “perpetrator” from the raiding party in which was @Memo.

Unfortunately, I was not able to confirm this information he was providing me due to the logs not being able to be found. Furthermore, I questioned @Memo and they were able to confirm that they were apart of the raiding party but not able to identity the other perpetrator (In which, supposedly killed him).

Conclusion,

I concluded this sit due to the lack of information that could be provided and recommended him to make a player report if he felt it was necessary.

That is me that killed him but I don’t see this as rdm you saw that you were getting raided as it shows clearly in the video you decide to try to escape while being raided which I am allowed to kill you I don’t need initiation I had a valid to reason to kill you and you were not unarmed that vehicle is a weapon also you did not get shot immediately you got shot when you decided to drive out of your garage.@FluffyGamer @Brad I also forgot to say I’m boke Romeo Deluca to clarify.

I would like to state that it was concluded as "blatant rdm" from the sit in-game and the only reason that he was not dealt with ingame was due to Ja1003's logs failing to identify the person who damaged me. In regards to your second post I identified you at spawn so I was able to screenshot your steam id in case logs failed considering they had been recently and I gave you a courteous heads up to get your evidence ready. There was no harassment and making claims as such go against my POV of the situation which I had recorded. I would also like to reiterate that I am weapon blacklisted and you can not simply shoot someone who is attempting to back out of their garage. You said nothing and there was no valid RP reason to kill me. I was intending to leave before you raided as you can see in my video because I had finished making my coke. From what I understand, your reason for killing me is because I, "Tried to escape" when you said nothing, did not know my intentions, and ultimately I had no weapon and was never given the chance to surrender my life and activate any type of role-play situation. Your intents were clear that you didn't want to role play and were simply there to "Frag RP".

You obviously didn’t value your life when you heard the door alarm going off you decided to get in your car and try to drive off out of your garage and how I am suppose to know your weapon blacklisted you took the risk of driving out your garage while getting raided you knew cause the alarm was going off that is your own fault you have plenty of time to surrender in your base and like I said before I don’t need initiation I had a valid to reason also your car is a weapon how do I know if your not gonna try to run me over. Ultimately what I am trying to say is that is like saying you run into a bank while there is a bank raid if you get killed that is not rdm or failure to role play you knew what you were doing was wrong and you risk your own life. @FluffyGamer

Arguing is pointless over responses so I leave this in the hands of the admins but as supported by the in-game sit and evidence provided. I was ultimately shot without word being said and was never given the chance to surrender. Setting of a house alarm is not a valid signal to put your hands up and I barely made it out of my garage before I was shot so me using my vehicle as a weapon was never an option. You act as if I knew you were there with guns and never consider that maybe I thought it was another house or just someone playing around. You should really reconsider your methods of action if you truly believe you could kill me for simply beginning to back out of my garage.
