Request Reason: First started about 5 minutes before the first clip they came to where I was farming and killed me I don't' have any recording of it happening. After I was killed I respawned walked out of the hospital for a second then went to get a ems job then one of them tazed me and cuffed me then went to go and book me for clearly false charges for 60 minutes then it comes to the second clip where I was sent to the prison then the chief and the caption came and took me out of prison so I was arrested then locked me into a room while handcuffed so I couldn't log out this goes on for a bit. After that on the third clip they come back acting as if something had changed they take me into their car arresting me for a second time and when I got into the prison the second time they tazed me and cuffed me for a second time so I couldn't log off.

May I start off by asking why the video starts when you despawned your car by becoming a medic intern rather than when the entire situation in which you were afk farming took place? I'm not exactly sure what occured beforehand but I do know that these clips are heavily cut and edited. If possible can you please upload a video of the entire 30min- 1 Hr situation as to avoid any situational bias rather than posting three separate, cut, and possibly edited clips? Thank you!

@misterjokeman why did you taze him, handcuff him, and proceeed to walk away from him and act like it was the first time you saw him when he told you to uncuff him?

If you are referring to the first video, I was infact not the officer that tazed him, I instead observed another officer taze him and proceeded to apply handcuffs. I left the situation after he was in handcuffs as I presumed the officer that tazed him would go down to the station and book him for whatever he tazed him for. Instead, He was left there and It was up to me to book him, So I asked over the radio what the medic intern did and they told me as such, So I simply was following orders and protocol when I arrested him. Overall, I was not the officer to taze him, I started to handcuff him because I saw another officer taze him and do as such. I walked away because I wanted to let the officers book him as I was a swat commander at the time and it is considered irregular for SWAT to carry out arrests.

First of all, this guy was AFK farming at the bottom at Layer 2 which is not allowed than my cops somehow found a way down there but then when they closed in for the arrest he retried which I think is scummy asf. I waited for him to spawn in and I saw him at the hospital so I went in for an arrest for being a minge plus I wanted to try and stop him from despawning his car but one of my officers had already taken him in.

For starters I was not AFK farming I was clearly there showing this when I had responded to when one of your officers fell down the mountain and when I had went over to his body to check it out one of you ran from behind the rock killing me when I had no weapon o f any sorts on me but because the both of you keep insisting that I was AFK farming please by all means show your proof of this. To my second point what gives you the right to kill a unarmed player then go to hospital and wait for me to respawn just to arrest me then put me into prison under false charges then lock me into a room in which I cannot leave

First of all, you keep insisting that you got killed by the officers on scene but we have yet to see any proof of it. Even though I was not present for the arrest, I remember hearing multiple officers over radio state that you had merely dissapeared. I do also remember hearing claims that you were simply spinning in circles around your plots with your watering can out when the officers closed in on you, So you have lied about the AFK Farming part. At the start of this player report I asked that you upload the ENTIRE situation rather than cut and edited clips so we don't have to deal with conflicting statements, and yet you choose to ignore my request and argue with us instead.

So first off this report isn't on the fact that I was killed when I was farming its on the fact that the Police Chief, Caption, and Swat Caption locked me into a room and put me into a position on waiting there for an extended period for a staff member to get online or get a 12 hour ban. The earliest form of recording that I have is when I was sent into critical condition, and my Jeep was blown up. But if you want to keep insisting on the fact that I was AFK farming, please, by all means, make a separate report on it. Here are the clips on your officers with Caption Tay Kay being there to check my pulse seen in the first and second video down below in the second video you can even hear one of the officers blowing up my Jeep.

But if you want to know why my videos are spaced out is that I did not keep a steady recording during the situation, I had paused OBS a few times during the situation thinking it was over. Still, if you look deeper into the videos, you can see the time spacing by merely looking at the OOC chat.
- The point I was in a critical state to my first recording was a time gap of 2 minutes when you look at ooc my last sent message was at (12:53), and my first Video recording started at (12:55)
- The rest of the videos are within seconds of one another other

I was arrested falsely for 60 minutes and 30 minutes and was locked into a room which gave me the options of leaving and getting a 12 hour ban or waiting for staff to come.

Devin, you will be banned for 3 days for failRP. There is no reason he should be locked up in a room if he is not a prisoner.

Misterjokeman, you should have investigated the arrest before actually making it happen. I will let this slide considering you were only doing what you were told. However, I expect better.
