This was not rdm as you shot at us without even saying out of the car or any sort of thing like that so we shot back killing you and your buddy. (As seen in the video we kill and loot your body) and then you come back in the NLR zone to try and kill us again.

I did not come in the NLR Zone in an attempt to kill you as I was merely watching before I immediately get shot out of the car, It was however infact RDM as you had no way of knowing I was armed and yet immediately resorted to killing me. It was not NLR as I did not hop out of the car to kill you guys but was merely watching. Also your boy Romero Deluca logged off in the middle of combat when one of our boys was about to kill him.

I know I was already dealt with in the situation, but you just posted evidence of you literally depositing everything that you gained after you rejoined the server. You did not escape the situation by leaving it but by leaving the server, which was what I stated above. You combat logged.

I want to first state that i did not mean to "combat log" my power went out for a second then came back up which is my fault i will take the blame for that, but we would of been out of there by that time if all of your friends didnt try to come back and tryed to kill us which they are breaking NLR,I also want to state when i was killed i had no weapon equip and i had no chance to value my life also i would like to state that your buddy/you that killed me had no RP reason cause they broke nlr and combat logged after killing me which means if it wasnt for that this entire report would not of happened and all these punishment handed out would not have happened i also after coming back onto the server waited out combat timer so i tryed to stay as in the rules as i could i feel like from this entire situation everyone will learn from there mistakes and we will grow upon this as a learning experience im very sorry about me "combat logging" it was a honest mistake. I would also like to state by misterjokeman when my power did go out I was no we’re near death he was capping outside waiting for me to leave just to clarify.@misterjokeman @friskiemar

You did however, break deposit timer as well as Im sure after you logged off that was definitely not fifteen minutes before you decided to deposit everything in your inventory as you looked like you were in a hurry to do. This is going to be my last post on this situation so that I do not clutter the post, but it is wierd that you refer to your combat logging as a honest mistake as you knew what you were doing when you pressed disconnect in an attempt to save your loot. Lying in a report is not going to get you anywhere.

I was listening when the power thing happened, he was talking then all of the sudden his game crashed or his power went out I wasnt sure happened but he definitely didnt log on purpose, the depositing thing happened due to there not being ANY staff on and you guys breaking NLR repeatedly trying to do anything to get your primaries back abusing the point that there were no staff on at that time. I was at hospital and watched as 2 members respawned, got in a car and drove right back to the house and obviously breaking nlr. After everything that happened and some members allegedly breaking NLR I disconnected due to the lack of staff members and didnt want to deal with all the chaos. Although before I got off 2 of my friends and me were RDMed at the premium locker without initiation showed in another report. Clearly both parties were somewhat in the wrong and I think piza shouldnt have gotten a blacklist because wolf driving the car and breaking nlr caused the garage opening up revealing piza and romeo to the open and being an easy target. Romeo had his back turned and wolf couldve been on a radio with his org telling the guy that was next to the garage with a primary that only one person was watching. I believe piza did what he had to do to avoid being peeked by other members knowing piza was vulnerable with no cover at all. The blacklist wasnt my decision and I think BOTH parties should receive some sort of punishment because of what happened. The depositing was an ok think to do because obviously you guys went and rdmed trying to get your guns back after your whole org died atleast once. Just because you THINK someone logged to get some items doesent give you the right to RDM 3 people. I think piza should have his blacklist removed or reduced, someone has already received a ban for the NLR, punishments should be given for the RDM at premium locker, I think the combat depositing should be left off with nothing but a warning because if there wasnt nlr and rdm caused by the other party in the first place it wouldnt have happened anyways. But hey, its just an opinion
