Where would you like the video to end? He ended up getting in his car and driving off, but when I checked tab 2 minutes later after trying to find him I saw that he wasn't online anymore.

He was never under fearRP and when he left he did not break any rules. He didnt combat deposit anything because he was never in combat. He left 5 minutes after the attempted mugging. It was very clearly a failure. Don't make reports like these with evidence that attempts to make the other person look bad. This is your first and last warning.
