Was not planing on you to run out of the casino i was planing on stealing your car and being on my way but when i finished i peaked into the casino to make sure no one was going out i told you in Vc to Put your hands up with my m96 poited at you gave you 5 seconds + 5 verbal commands to put your hands up both me and allout was speaking in voicechat at the time so you probably had voice_enabled set to 0 at the time.

After careful review of this report, i have come to the conclusion that @MrSquid did RDM you. MrSquid, you claim that he must have had the voice disabled however there is nothing to indicate so. there is also the issue that from the moment you 2 came into contact there were only 3 seconds before he was shot down, i believe this time to be too short for any deadly action to be taken. your repercussion of theese actions will reult in 2wp for "RDM" taking into account your previous record.
