As I’m tagged in it here’s my end of the story, we was rading you in the mansions, you managed to drive away, we found you on the bridge near the old mechanics you was out of gas I believe as you was just there, under fear rp as you had 2 guns pointed at you telling you to get out the car my friend gave you 3 attempts to get out the car, you never complied so my friend killed you and that’s when we took your loot,

I don’t believe it was rdm, but if the staff want me to return your items we will do.

Here's the thing. As you can clearly see in the video, no attempts at warning me were made by the time you had encountered me on the bridge. There were no audible orders given to comply via FearRP, you had simply stepped out of the vehicle and opened fire after I had simply asked "What are you doing?"

This isn't even taking into consideration the fact that by that point, I'd escaped you for a substantial amount of time and had not only sold my drugs, but also had time to place my mini fridge in the bank, grab a gun, purchase ammo, and equip body armor as I made my way back. Overall, the whole process took well over 5 minutes. Why would you have still even have been searching for me after one of you had failed to gun me down and given me enough time to head into the city and get my shit together? At that point, acting as though the raid were still even being continued is kind of ridiculous, don't you think?

We didn't get taken into an admin sit because it was the middle of the night and I decided not to report it because no mods were on at the time. As you can see in the video, I made the mistake of leaving during my death, resulting in a 12 hour system ban which should end in about 2 hours.

Also earlier when we were just scouting you had called the cops on us when we were in the garage earlier. We had 2 reasons to resort to the final action. 1. You ran away from us during a raid. 2. You called the cops on us before when we were scouting and made a 911 call. Moreover, it had not been over an hour. Our friend told us you were at the bridge so we handled it accordingly. I would like to say that I was the one who killed you with my deagle not Ace Carter. Also, the cops came up right after we left and we looked that’s how we knew you called the cops after we left the house scouting. Change this report to me because I am the one that killed you. Um so, I think your asking why I didn't see him, I thought it was Ace Carter.

In reply of your next message I did not need a verbal warning, you could of chose to run again, you ran from us, and you called the police on us, so we could of died or possibly arrested. Those were the reasons I resorted to the final resort. Therefore, I confidently would say it is valid. It is also shown in the video you had aimed a gun at me before you ran away. Although I did not know that in character. We entered that household with intent to kill since you had called the police after we scouted. Prove me if I'm wrong, I can confidently say those are 2 very good reasons to kill you. Also, you should never leave a situation to avoid waiting the timer of your death which lead to your ban. I'm sorry that you feel this is a rulebreak. As you said earlier the raid was not continued, you just simply had a target on your back.

In any case, the recording shows you didn't provide a verbal warning to get out of the car, so you shouldn't have just immediately opened fire. And yeah, I'll change the report to your name. Thanks for coming out and being honest about this whole situation.

From what I am understanding, an earlier RP situation took place and they resorted to the final resort and that was to kill you.

Here's the thing. A player either has a valid reason to kill you or they do NOT have a valid reason to kill you. Regardless of the fact that they gave you a warning or not.

If a player has a valid reason to kill you then they do NOT have to give you any sort of warning.
