Sorry for the late reply, but before this situation, about 5 minutes before he arrived, there was a guy who came into the casino with an LR, and he sprayed some random guy down. I didn't know if he had any prior events with the person he had killed. Still, I just assumed he was going around killing people, so I took my gun out, but before I could do anything, he ran away, so I decided to keep my gun on my back just in case he had come back.

I understand. I cannot make a judgement call on hacks, however, I can make a judgement call on cop baiting because generally there is not a real reason you should have a primary equipped in the casino. Seeing as to he had a reason (albeit with no evidence), my hands are tied.
