Reason for Request:This is the second time he has done this. First of all i was starting a bank raid and he no-clipped to the PD became a S.W.A.T then no-clipped back so he could negotiate. Then while my friend and I had guns to the back of the hostages head, we had 4 of them, and the hostages were in front of us, He rushed and sprayed all of us down including the hostages. He has no intent to RP and did not value the hostages life. The doors were closed and I took a screenshot of our positioning on the hostages and as soon as i opened the door to negotiate he rushed us by himself spraying all of us down. Including 2 of the 3 hostages. He did not even attempt to RP. Upon all of this, this is his second time doing the exact same thing except I didn't have proof the first time.

This is under the wrong section, but I will respond to it anyway.
So, you have a large bit of the story wrong. I no-clipped into the vault to see what was going on, as I had a player report that literally 1/2 of the cops online were hostages in a bank raid, so I checked it out. I saw you two robbers and the three hostages, one officer and two cadets. I noclipped back outside the building, walked to PD, changed to SWAT, got in my charger, and drove back to the bank. I switched over to cop in order to make the raid feel more balanced, as you literally had 1/2 of the cops online as hostages. I never abused my admin powers, as when I arrived on scene, you already had the doors opened, so I could see exactly who was in the vault.
As for your screenshot, I was positioning myself without the use of any admin powers to get a good angle the second the door opened, like I had discussed with the one other responding officer. You also cannot even see me in your screenshot?? Maybe I'm just blind, but all I see is the Cadet's radio. Anyway, we both decided that the best plan of attack and the best bet for getting the hostages out safe was to rush in and take out the treats. We did just that, however I took point and the officer went behind me.

Also, only one of the cadets ended up dead. That was due to a few poorly placed shots on my end, so that's my bad. I know for a fact that only one hostage was harmed, though.

I'm not reporting for the admin abuse, that's not the problem. it is that you have no intent to RP. No matter what happens you will never actually value hostages life because you just treat them like they will be revived, which is not the point of RP. You really need to find a different game mode the way you play.

I do have intent to RP. You two were armed with only pistols, I was armed with a full auto ar-15 and full armor. My partner had a p99, a superior pistol to the ones you were equipped with. We never were in danger in getting harmed.

If you play as a cop during a bank raid, you will understand that the majority of the time, a full on raid against poorly armed robbers is the best option. I suggest you try out playing as a cop, as you will gain a lot of insight on what to do in certain situations. On top of that, it often leads to some awesome RP.

I am a cop, level 62 Sgt. And it doesn't matter if YOU weren't in danger. Because the hostages were. I had a gun straight to their head. And you endangered their lives by shooting us.

And No it does not lead to "Awesome RP" if you rather just kill everyone instead of RP like you do.
