SO he pulled a hostage sit i died fair he broke many rules during it as in forcing the mayor to drop money in zip ties witch i mean i belive is fail rp due to the fact who in hell can drop money with cuffs on but then after i died from being hostage waiting the time became a cop they were talking about the hostage sit so i responded then did they take me hostage againg with knoladge it was me and they broke hostage timer then he is at a car pulls up parked on the wrong side of the road and driving on the wrong side so i ask for id and tell him hese not under arrest but he gets out and shoot me for no reason just tryna ask for id but he decieds to shoot me and it was not just one of them in this whole thing @ethinox_ was there helping to say he was under fear rp to drop this money in cuffs when irl you would not be able to if you can then damn you a ginni @My Bloodline Ended In a Cumsock was also there they said i was under fear rp when they shot me but the evedences says differnt the gun was not pointing at me one class 3 was not the deagle it was pointed at the ground the reason this report is made on fourms with staff on is due to Mr.alex cant take reports for players in same org.

this clip show it were they may try to say i broke fear rp but as shown his deagle was at the ground the kill is valid but as they may try to say that it was fear rp theres proof it wasent kill valid due to warning that i was gonna be shot.

this clip shows jace saying i be demoted within 2 minutes now how did he know i was a cop and briong it to a ad idk but my guess is he used tab space to see i was a cop and thats ooc bring that in character is metagaming no other way i can see he had seen i was a cop due to it before i responded to a situation.

Well for the part i have been reported on which is the breaking hostage timer, first of all as soon as we killed Tyler he became cop and came back in roughly 5 mins which is clearly breaking NLR. Due to the fact that he was under fearrp when we killed him since he was breaking rules, we could not report this as the current staff on was AFK so we had to resort to killing him. When he came back to "negotiate" as captain thats when we took him back into the base as a hostage as the last time he only died due to rulebreaks, we thought it would be easier to put whats happened so far aside and try to RP it as if the rulebreaks and hostages death from them rulebreaks never took place. Once again this was us improvising due to the fact there was no staff available at this current time.
I hope this is taken into consideration.

So in the first clip it shows us forcefully taking money from him in cuffs. In real life, when having a hostage I am sure they wouldn't remove zipties to make them drop the money, they would just take it. Secondly, you were warned to shut up and stop speaking, yet you proceeded to not listen to our orders so you were killed, there isn't anything wrong with that. Shortly after we had killed you, you returned as a police officer. From my own contextual knowledge, I believe that is NLR due to the fact that you died as a civilian therefore the second life would not be in place and it would follow normal NLR rules (to my knowledge). In the clip where you were ziptied, I did not take part in the first 2 kidnappings therefore I was not on timer. In the final clip, the passengers would of had to get out in order for the driver to show ID, and I (as a passenger) had a weapon on my back, so therefore the only option to allow us to keep going without you calling out to the police was to shoot you, therefore, that's what happened.

@ethinox_ as for nlr the death timer is like 3 minutes it took about 2 minutes or so for me to walk to pd another 4 ish to get guns get a car and head out and arrive around when nlr should end now if I broke nlr by a minute im truly sorry but as for fear rp you told me to shut up under fear rp now once im not under fear rp I don't have to comply but the command still sticks the deagle was pointed at the ground you had a class 3 on me and the other gun was on the guys back its 2 guns pointed at me directly to cause fear rp

@Alpha but that part of nlr is diffent its how I realize there is a hostage sit I dident just respond I saw you ad and heard cops what am I susposed to do just let it happen if I went there with no knowledge its nlr but due to the ad you made it tells me theres a hostage so using information I went I did not use prioir death knoladge in anyway not breaking nlr

for the fearrp part, i agree, the deagle was not pointed at you but you see in the clip i come through the door and walk to your right, its not shown on the clip and i understand you did not see me there however i did have my gun pointed at you at that time. This makes it 2 weapons on you which falls under fearrp. And for the NLR i belive the 10 minute timer starts when you respawn not when you first get killed, i do not have any evidence that you broke NLR howver there may be pinpoints in logs that could help find out.

As for the report on me for fail rp for asking the mayor to drop money while ziptied seems to be grasping at straws. as for the taking the captain hostage part i wasnt there for it as i crashed before it happened.
