Target Character Name (if known): Dylan Marshall
Request Reason:
I will explain the situation for each event in its order:
1° I was entering the bank when the metal detector alarm went off, because I had a pistol with me;
2° There was a detective (Dylon) in the bank who, without any warning or even approach, handcuffed me and immediately searched my inventory;
3° I didn't remember that I had a weapons license, but in fact I had a guns license;
4° The detective found 4 siphon pumps (smuggled item). and for that finding he took me to be prosecuted;
5° He then communicates to the chief to have my license revoked due to possession of the illegal items (I believe that was the reason);
6° Arriving at the PD, he orders me to drop the pistol, and i did drop it complying to everything he order;
7° Several times I ask him why he was arresting me and seizing my weapon if it was not used in any crime, and I have a license for its possession;
8° He speaks several things that I honestly did not understand (my english is utter garbage);
9° He let me go cause "i was complying", but ends up i lost my stuff that i was strugling to keep.
In my view, after breaking all police approach procedures, he broke a rule by searching me just because I set off the metal detector alarm.
It's like he's looking for a reason to arrest me, without first considering that I have a weapons license.
If he just handcuffed me and asked a superior if I had a license, he would have no reason to arrest me because he would not have seen the illegal items.
I'll leave the video below to be analyzed.
