I have attempted multiple times to ticket this person for dangerous driving however each time it wont load the ticket properly to input the reason and the price as well as the button. In the second video, you can hear me spam click to be able to ticket him in person and the same thing happened. Not a coincidence or bug that made ticketing his car not work.
After this, in the second video as well you can see I was simply stood there looking at him. He then decided to pull up a firearm and shoot the officer in the head (me) without legitimate reason for.
Faildriving is seen twice in both videos. The first when he pulled off from the bank car park and intentional swerve his left to ram the car and hit me. Second faildrive was seen in the second video where he attempted to ram me with his car as you can see even after damaging me, he was swerving in my direction towards the hospital poles and nearly hitting them as well.
