Request Reason: I was walking to go sell my cocaine that i just had finished doing and as I was walking a Dark purple F&F tried to VDM me but failed. One of the guys then comes up to me and tell me that his friend is on the radio sticking me up with a gun. They Ziptie me and they have a towing manager help in there kidnapping. While in the tow truck I said "Please bro don't do this" and he replies with "Its only business". At this moment I'm telling them that I'm recording and that this isn't allowed. They then take me to a house and I say "Ill do whatever you guys want but just know I'm recording and ill report it". They then just RDM me. So not only did they have a towing manager help in there kidnapping but they also RDMed me when I was agreeing to comply to all of their words. They also kidnapped me in front of PD/Populated Road, which is a public area. I would simply like my almost 2 stacks of cocaine and 4 bricks returned to me.

@misterlol29 The rule you are referring to states "Any evidence that has your audio-input (your microphone) muted and not recorded may be invalidated and may not be used in a final verdict, DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION. This is up to staff discretion. The only situation that may require my audio input is the RDM portion. Me being kidnapped in public and the failRP from a random tow truck driver shouldn't really require my voice, it should constitute at least the situation being voided since that never should have happened in the first place. My recording software was not recording my voice. I also believe it would be unfair if this was denied when there are clear rulebreaks that shouldn't even require any game audio at all.

The only situation that may require my audio input is the RDM portion

I never said that it would be completely denied but:

The only clear rulebreak(s) that did occur was
- you getting kidnapped at an exposed area/near PD.
- The Tow Truck Driver assisting with the crime at his own will.

I can not judge what happend in the second video (RDM) as you might have said something that could be relevant.

So after reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion:

Both Kidnappers will receive 1 WP for the reason(s) listed above.
The Tow Truck Driver will also receive verbal for the reason(s) listed above.
