Can confirm, same guy did it to me in the bank. trying to get video evidence but I didn't have shadowplay on and gmod demos barely work (although im sure logs will show this guy was doing this for several hours)

Hello, the player you reported did not seem to have a forum account until yesterday. Regardless of this or not, they did break a rule seemingly intentionally.
