Unfortunately, the upload link you provided will be invalidated according to the player report rules update. Here it is stated below,

The video evidence you have listed does not have audio nor show the time at which you and your friend were killed. No sufficient evidence has so far been provided to give context to your death.

Please provide further video evidence with audio showcasing the time leading up to your death or the report will be closed due to insufficient evidence.

Hi, I am assuming the reason there is no audio in this clip is for the two following reasons. One I'm sure they were using a third party communication software such as discord which is why they choose to mute there audio and two, you can see when I hop out of the car I point a gun and if there was audio on the clip you would hear me say "get out of the car with your hands up or ill shoot". As I knew they were both equipped with primaries and they also failed to comply with my demands I shot them plain and simple. They also cut out the part of the clip where the second person gets out of the car and shoot back at me leaving me at 12hp so in all, this is a rather foolish report as it amounts to nothing other than wasting my time writing all this out. Please at me @Dobarion if you have any further questions.

These 2 individuals had just killed me earlier before this and when I went to the prem locker they were chatting shit to me calling me "furry gamer" and other terms which I have been subject to harassment by Bob, Ben, and other vieras for a long time. I have been advised by lord toaster to make a formal player report for targeting and harassment on select individuals since Bob himself has been punished twice for player targeting me in the last 2 weeks and Ben was also involved in a report where I was targeted for nothing other than being myself. All that aside, they were chatting shit with guns, drove away and we decided we were going to mug them. There was no one within 200 feet when I initiated on them and it was more than a valid mug. The three reasons this report was made is because they are one, mad they lost their guns in a 2v1 which makes them look bad, two looking to get back at me since they have been subject to punishment's from reports I have made., and three they genuinely just love to harass me ingame and in ooc largely hindering my experience and not allowing me to enjoy my game. Now I would hope there is no need for me to communicate anymore as their intentions are clear, what I did was not a rule break, and finally the video does not even use audio which only aids the idea that they are covering their usage of third party communication such as discord in order to target me.

Following a review of the video evidence and statements provided a conclusion has been made. There will be no in-depth explanation, but in short, the location of the attempted mugging is not suitable as it is an exposed area (no cover or secluded cover) alongside the deaths, therefore, are not justifiable. As a result, rule 4.1.1.7 (Mugging or Kidnapping Suitable Locations) has been violated.

For clarification, please see read the bolded parts of the rule.

You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.

In consideration of your player history and violating rule 4.1.1.7 (Mugging or Kidnapping Suitable Locations) you will receive Two Warning Points. Furthermore, @FluffyGamer if you feel another player is violating server rules by targeting or using derogatory slurs/words towards you it is advised you report them to a staff member. If you have evidence that is dated and reasonable I can review it to determine a rule violation.
