OK so let me add some backstory to this event. I was killed at a territory zone at Evo lane by YeetMaster1999. After I respawn I head to mechanic to repair my car then head over to grocery store. As I'm on my way to grocery store I see MEM walk into a basing complex with a gun so I go to counter raid. As I begin the counter raid YeetMaster1999 is inside the building raiding with MEM After the fight I come out the winner killing all 3 of them I head to hospital to get some medkits and this happens.

1st Nlr break

YeetMaster1999 breaks NLR almost instantly and tries to kill me but after this I also come out the winner of this. After the fight I flee on foot as he blew up my car then while by Ronnie's this happens.

2nd Nlr break

Mem comes back and kill me on the same STREET he got killed from last time. So at this point I'm dead its over I just leave it be as im driving across drawbridge I see a body bag on the road and this happens.

I get run over instantly and put at gunpoint by all 3 people Mem, and Yeetmaster1999. This is literally the busiest road in the entire server a literally cop drives by and gets shot ON SITE they have no place to mug here I have not done anything to them in this new life. They just keep coming back and targeting me over and over no matter what I do.

This next incident was at hospital when I respawned. They keep chasing me down and following me till we end up at hospital and one of them becomes a medic intern and heals his teammates job abusing and as a medic intern you have no connections to anyone as your a government worker. This happens

After I mistakenly run over the medic intern while trying to get out of the parking lot because they are following me MEM and Yeetmaster1999 get out of there car and being to shoot me on the basis a medic intern got car pinched.

Its now 8am EST and they still chasing me down as shown in the clip Mem, and Yeetmaster1999 are all there

All Together for the good part of of the time I was online I was chased and harassed by These 3 people and just because I killed them once counter raiding. This is clearly player targeting.

Also I would like to say within the time this occurred I did to break some of the rules due to protect myself more from all 3 of them.

Combat Depo: So after the first time I killed all of them I did not depo right away as I knew it was combat depo BUT after Yeetmaster1999 Tried to kill me at hospital shown in the first clip I did depo because I knew they were just gunna keep coming (Which they did) my bad for doing this but I felt it was nessasary as I was being targeting by 3 rule breaking just trying to kill me.

At this point I want to Also point out the NO not ONE radio call out was giving between all 3 of them and they are very clearly metagaming but that's not for me to say.

As you stated before in this screenshot and in the report you had thought we raided the base/entered, Yet we never even tapped the door as it would have knocked off the alarm/take it off the door. We had not even acknowledged you until you had shot us behind the back which is in fact RDM in itself. I had made a report about this ingame to deal with it yet the staff on did not respond.

The "2nd NLR BREAK" is false as I watched you kill YeetMaster1999 in broad daylight at the Townhall then you aimed your weapon at me, Bob and I were driving around the city looking for you and coincidentally ended up near the location, and you stated I died at the "same street" yet I had died in President Bay, the second encounter was in front of Ronnies.

Claiming "Player Targeting" when the servers pop was less than 15, prior to these encounters we had PVP with the other players, you weren't special here just another bottom feeder to deal with at late hours.

I did not kill you for no reason either, from my point of view after the medic was pinched, my friend was also. Who am I to blame other than the car in front of me.

Following a review of the evidence provided with statements from those involved a conclusion has been made. Considering this report has multiple videos provided, my response will be segmented per video. This report has multiple complex elements in which proving a rule violation is not simple. Commentary explaining the situations will not be provided. Please see my notes below.

• Insufficient evidence to prove 2.2.5 (New Life Rule (‘NLR’): Killing with Reason)
• @YoungHablo the vehicle is clearly blacked-out, how are you able to determine who is currently in the vehicle and as such the person you appear to intend to kill? In future, please properly engage by communicating for the occupants to exit the vehicle.

• Insufficient evidence to prove 2.2.5 (New Life Rule (‘NLR’): Killing with Reason)

• The location in which @BradlyTheTank was held at gunpoint with the understood intention for them to be robbed is not a suitable nor reasonable location to do so.
• @YoungHablo & @Memo - Rule 4.1.1.7 (Mugging or Kidnapping Suitable Locations) has been deemed to be violated. You may not mug a player in an exposed area, meaning an area which is very open and high visibility. To quote the rule (LOOK AT BOLDED SECTIONS), "You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas. This may not be in front of an NPC and/or governmental buildings such as the Police Department, Sheriff's Department, Hospital, Fire Department, City Hall, and the Bank.".

• The user (medic) as shown In the video was killed due to a glitch, otherwise known as, vehicle pinch and as such a staff member should have been notified to revive the player.
• Despite circumstances, no violation of 2.2.1 (Killing Without Valid In-Character Reason) has been determined.

• @Memo - Rule (1.13 Intention to Harass) has been deemed to be violated.
• This situation has no element of roleplay in it, and there are no clear realistic roleplay actions. Further to this, @Memo your driving actions are not appropriate and I believe you have an intent to harass @BradlyTheTank

In addition to the above, @BradlyTheTank using any form of racial slurs is not appropriate nor acceptable, I did previously comment on this but did not issue any ruling in which there will be.

In conclusion, I do not find the Player Versus Player interactions between all parties appropriate nor to be valuing the principles of roleplay we expect on the server. Furthermore, the actions and behaviours of all parties are not adhering to rules 1.1 (Expected Behaviour) and 1.2 (Community Respect), as such I have decided on the following rulings and punishments (no particular order).

@BradlyTheTank
In consideration of your player history and violating rule 1.6 (Derogatory Slurs), you will receive Two Warning Points and a Voice Blacklist of One Day. If it is found you are violating this server rule further, you will receive an extended voice blacklist.

@YoungHablo
In consideration of your player history and violating rule 4.1.1.7 (Mugging or Kidnapping Suitable Locations), you will receive a Weapons Blacklist of Three Days. Your use of weaponry in multiple circumstances has been deemed to be against server rules and although punishment through Warning Points has been issued this has clearly not prevented nor reformed your actions.

@Memo
In consideration of your player history and violating rules 4.1.1.7 (Mugging or Kidnapping Suitable Locations) and 1.13 (Intention to Harass), you will receive a Server Ban of Three Weeks. Your use of weaponry in multiple circumstances has been deemed to be against server rules and although punishment through Warning Points and Blacklist has been issued this has clearly not prevented nor reformed your actions.

All three of you may appeal the punishments issued but I will not be lenient as your actions continue to negatively impact others and clearly one-and-another.
