This is not in any way RDM. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you can only use the toolgun as a joke so many times before someone takes it as a serious threat and reacts with hostility. There is also a good chance that the cop could not see in the dark and thought it was a weapon. This was a very poor decision on @Sam Wong's behalf if he really thought he would get away with it every time he pulled this on people.

In real life, people are shot when they point toy guns at cops. In real life, we call those people dumb for even taking the chance. They have a duty to protect citizens, and themselves, and if they think their life is in danger they have the right to defend themselves.
