Some additional information I was driving through Rockford suburbs to get to lake houses which is where I had just bought one of them. When I got to suburbs I noticed two trucks recklessly driving I minded my own business following all the traffic laws until I made the turn near water tower where I noticed they had drifted and got out their car and were pointing guns at me. I looked back to see what they were doing and they blew my car up. When I got out of the car I was running to them with my keys out and they immediately shot me dead. I called for staff in the end and a mod came but it took some time to find out who killed me and he finally brought 2 of the men. One sat there afk and the other one was Stuart Milana. Stuart tried to justify his killing by saying they were attempting to stop me and take me hostage I then gave the video pointing out that if they truly trying to do that why did they never say anything and why did they kill me when I was running to them... Hazza who was driving the red truck in the video that rammed against my truck came and said the same thing. The mod didn't do anything in the end so I came here to discuss the situation to hopefully get this sorted out and understand how what they did was justified. Also they tried to further justify in the sit that I was supposedly apart of the Wong family or the Luxury family and they had every right to kill me since they just raided their home. I immediately denied this as I do not belong to any family or organization you can ask.

Just for some context we had just done a Raid and was escaping then this car which we had seen at the raiders house previously started to follow us we made multiple turns yet he stayed very close behind so we decided to stop him and was planning on telling him to leave us alone or we will kill him.

Id just like to point out what I explained in game and which @shawntae agreed on, You were shouted at to stop now I understand in the video you didn't hear it, but there a reason we stopped the cars and got out before we started to they shouted I stayed in my car. Then Chased you as you didn't stop and rammed you off the road. Id like to point out I did not kill you, from what I know you were killed as you were seen running towards the cliff. There is voice delay on the server So i can understand why you didnt hear it and as said in the sit its kind of both equal on both sides its hard to blame us when we literally did say stop multiple times.

Just because I'm on the same radio channel doesn't mean I'm with them. I mainly just sit on the radio channel in case they plan on raiding and then I go onto high watch to see if its me being raiding. Secondly I was not running to the cliff as shown in the video. I completely turned around and was running to you with my keys out in which you or one of your friends shot and killed me. I don't care about the voice delay or whatever I believe that but my problem is that as I was running to you to ask why you did so you shot and killed me for no reason.

1. It does, how would you even know the radio channel if you wasn't with them ?
2. If you raid with them your with them
3. I did not kill you so I dont know about that part I just rammed your car
4.You should care about the voice delay as its a problem for the entire server
5. You do see that you turn to run to the clif then re-turn round id just like to say by the time they saw that they its hard not to think your running when you have just driven away in your car too.

You misunderstood my point about the raiding but forget that let's get back on topic I'm just curious how me running towards you with keys out is justified as not RDM because if I do the same thing you guys did in the video and was brought to a sit and said, " I told him to get out the car he didn't so I blew him up and then he got out the car and looked like he was trying to jump" and I didn't have proof just like you guys I would instantly be banned no questions asked so why exactly isn't there a punishment here... Running to you empty handed equals death?

Again I Didnt kill you so I dont know exactly what the guy who killed you saw, but from what I can see you Flee'ed in the car then run towards the clif then turned to the guy at the last second before you died

The state of this report is inconclusive, and there is a lack of evidence to actually show that the person you are reporting did anything wrong.

You are in a Radio Channel with the people that this guy raided, so you were in the right to be killed anyway, since you were chasing them.
