You can see in the screenshot in chat he equipped a different gun (after he killed me and other officers) and he then unequipped the AK after killing more officers

As seen in the screenshot, Dave Peterson did indeed equip and unequip his gun. However one can not see if Peterson killed anyone on it, so therefor I will dig further into this. Until then, your report will be put on hold.

Yes I undertand. Although it couldn't really be used as proof technically, if you check his history he was banned today for doing this on another occasion while staff were on and I reported him, and he also was punished for it after being reported on the forums for it a couple days ago.

Whilst invastigating this report I have gotten one message from a person who wants to be anonymous where Dave Peterson did exactly the same + Dave straight up RDM'ed him. Dave has also been punished for unequipping to prevent loss before.

Taking this into consideration, @< boi > will get punished harder, seing as he continues to break the rules even though he have been told that it is against the rules before.

EDIT: After I wrote this I got yet another video from a person who wants to be anonymous, where you , @< boi > said that if it went bad you would unequip your gun, something you did.
Therefor the punishment will be extended further.
