Have you checked “solved” for your issue?:
yes. everyone else has a visual glitch and was closed

In your last post, you were told that you were in the wrong section. And instead told to make a refund request if the issue persisted.

So, make a refund request & provide evidence of your level before it was reset. To make a refund request, follow the format in the Refund Requests section. And make a post in that same category.
