Please sell attachments at gun store

I never been to USA gun store before, however in my Country its even much difficult to get gun license than US but everyone can buy attachmnets like laser sights, scopes, mini dot sights.

Why cant we buy attachments at gun stores? even airsoft nerds buy laser sights and original Eotech sights and not against the law.

PS: How about adding a long double-barrel shotgun for home defense only? because most of my neighbors got double-barrel shotguns.

Depends what you define as “basic attachments” what might be basic to you might not be to another
