Your evidence to support your claim:
Basically what had happened was I had just joined the Security Officer Job in the bank and this guy Walrus joined at the same time. He typed in OOC: "[22:41] (OOC) CMan: security uprising" After he did this he tried to coerce me into helping him kill the whole Police Force and I had explained to him that it is against the rules as it would mean corruption and Mass RDM. He kept on pressuring me into helping him till he finally walked out of the bank and started firing shots and when he did that I had already had a report up for Plotted Mass RDM so I wanted to prevent him from mass RDMing so I had killed him. He comes back yelling that I had betrayed him and tried to shotgun me. Needless to say, a guy with a crap ton of hours poured into the server I decimated him and wrote again in my report. At this point, I'm scrambling PMing @officernoodles and @Tango that I really needed help and he was trying to mass RDM. He comes back a third time which is where the video picks up and says he is gonna stop "Hurting" me which I just take his word and don't instantly want to RDM him since I'm the one reporting what he is doing. After a bit, he tases me and deceases me and Nike thank god was there to tase him and stop him from continuing. He gets up and is cuffed but since there is a bug he can still shoot while cuffed (which I meant to make a bug report but I was busy at the moment) he kills Nick and I kill him back and Pm again saying that I badly needed help which to no avail no one comes. Then we are here at the forums.
The reason I am reporting metagaming is that he kept metagaming in OOC Over and Over again which not a single admin said anything about for some reason.
The reason why I don't have previous footage was that I was hoping to resolve this IC however Not A Single Admin Came

Additional members involved/witnessing: His Steam name is Nike and IGN is Nick James but he doesn't have a forum account or I just can't tag him. He has premium.
I also PMed OfficerNoodles and Tango about the planned mass RDM and said I had a ticket since not a single staff member of the 3 on were taking reports or what I could see. The only person that came to help after CMan left was @Drake after I PMed him once about it and he had to leave so I am here making a report.

You might be asking, why not let the staff deal with this instead of taking it in your own hands? Well, 1. None of them responded after 30 minutes which everyone was complaining about in OOC and 2. Didn't want to ruin everyone's playing experience.
I apologize in advance for anything that I did incorrectly but I was in a really tight spot.
Also before someone points out that I'm metagaming in Discord, He wasn't in the game at the time and I always mute myself so I don't metagame.
