Request Reason: Abuse of Assint Chief Powers. Basically, I and another cop were pulling over a tesla and it wouldn't pull over fully. It would drive 10 feet and stop and drive and stop. Before I even step out of my vehicle I was demoted. When I waited and got back on I asked him why he demoted me. He said you were ramming a tesla that was trying to pull over. He didn't give me a warning strike or even a verbal warning. In fact, the whole time I was a cop before I was demoted I never heard him speak once for about an hour. After I get back on cop he caters to one detective's needs by authorizing swat for no reason and then lets them patrol which isn't allowed. After that he lets the detective carry his own class three for no reason there was no bank raid or anything. He also threatens ppl with demotion if they don't do what he asks right in that instance. He needs to learn ethics and accountability he needs to learn how to be an assistant police chief. My request is for him to be blacklisted and only un-blacklisted by attended to police training sessions.
