What happened: Every time I log out of the server my Police exp. resets back to level 4.

Hello!

Rule 8. We do not refund little things, this includes 1-10 levels or anything below the value $5,000.

I know it's frustrating but we cannot refund you for 6 levels. I advise you to go to the tech support on the thread to address this issue.
