Police force retraining

I feel like the majority of the monoford PD lack the basic knowledge of how police are meant to work they are not meant to pull guns for a normal traffic stop they are meant to value life and on multiple occasions this doesn't happen this is why I am petitioning for all cops to be retrained on how to do there job the right way and after this training i feel the only way to limit this is to whitelist the entire PD as people really don't understand that policing doesn't make you a above the law

It's because it's not a whitelisted job so people play that shit to either troll or to pvp without losing items.

Just saying half the PD isn't trained to begin with and their training is limited. PD will never become whitelisted.
