The reported party tagged in this report has exceeded the given time (and a little bit extra). For this reason, I will conclude this report without their input:

Being a detective at the time and not in any supervisor role in the department, releasing criminals from prisoner holding and/or a court hearing without permissions from a supervisor or even a chief is in violation of Governmental Rule 5.1.4 as this was an abuse of the entrusted powers of a detective. It can also be considered to be in violation of Governmental Rule 5.1.7 (corruption).

However, the evidence provided does not illustrate a serious disruption to the situation nor malicious intent with this action.

Easy_E12 will receive one warning point for Unauthorized Corruption.
